📬 Delivery & Access

Digital Products & Courses: You’ll receive access information via email immediately or within 15 minutes of purchase.
Live Programs: You’ll receive a welcome email with program access details at least 48 hours before the start date.
Physical Products (if applicable): Shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking provided. Delivery times vary by location. ships within 5–7 business days

🔁 Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

We value your commitment to inner work and transformation. Because our offerings are digital and/or service-based, we operate with clear policies:

Refund Policy

Digital Products & Courses: Due to the nature of immediate access, all digital purchases are non-refundable.
Live Programs: Refunds are available if requested within 72 hours of purchase, provided the program has not yet begun. Please email [email protected]
Pre-recorded Programs: All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations

Our monthly subscription (Sacred Biology) and its recurring payments (if applicable) can be canceled anytime by contacting us before the next billing cycle. Please email [email protected] and allow up to 5 days for cancellation. Please note, deleting the Mighty Networks app will NOT cancel your subscription.
