Yes! Inside-out liberation is for all of us. The first year curriculum is your bodymind, your relationships, your life -- so you have more spaciousness, aliveness and vitality, whatever your path. Many women unearth the threads of what they're here to do through this year. From there, if you want to continue on the path and build leadership, health and energetic skills to serve ANY field, you can continue to year 2 in the Institute.

Absolutely. We've had students from crone midwives to Somatic Experiencing Practitioners, love & relationship coaches, therapists, bodyworkers and more get significant value from the program. The Institute will allow you to be more in your body and life, develop advanced and collaborative practitioner skills that are embodied beyond modalities, and develop energetic attunement skillsets that increase the transformations you experience in your life and practice. 

All students receive a certificate of completion for each year. Students in track 2 have the option to certify as BioMystica facilitators (year 2) and BioMystica practitioners (year 3) -- our signature framework and method for working with psyche-body health and bodywork. This can be incorporated into other modalities such as coaching, herbalism, midwifery, other forms of bodywork, and more. 

No! Feel free to take it one year at a time. Year 1 is focused on Inside-Out liberation -- a play-based and spirit-rooted approach to learning through your body, your relationships, your symptoms and patterns. 

Year 2 and 3 are designed for leadership development and practitioner skills. You can take 1, 2, or 3 years -- then become an alumni and be part of our collaborative network!

The annual investment is $6,500 (or $1200 and $500/month) for Track 1, or $8,500 ($2400 and $600/month) for track 2.

In your first year, there are 6 hours of live classes in your core curriculum each month, with an additional 2-3 calls for supplemental support. Expect about 2-3 hours of learning this week. Women show up in the bath, the bed, the car, the kitchen, with babies — come as you are. Everything is also recorded and easily accessible by app, podcast or browser for catch up on the go. 

Track 1 is completely virtual, while Track 2 includes 4 in person weeks spread across the three year practitioner trajectory. In addition, Track 2 students in their third year engage in advanced female health learning, and build collaborative, spirit-led and science-backed practice with each other. Track 2 gives you the option to certify in the BioMystica approach to women’s health.

Not at all! Come in fresh or with years of experience — there is a place for you, and coming in with a beginner’s mind is an asset to the learning. :)

Yes. We run the first bodywork training in the series each August, so you can change to Track 2 by April of each year if you decide you would like to add on the advanced women’s health and in person series.
