My practice is based in the orientation that everything your bodymind does has served an adaptive purpose - from that nagging symptom, to the recurring thought, to the "how am I here again?" pattern. My role is be a cartographer and translator for you to see yourself in your body's expression, and clear how mind has been processing experiences so that you have more access to your vital essence and innate healing brilliance.

Here, we stop circling around the "problem" and get upstream to the patterns that started the symptoms in the first place.

This work is informed by psycho-biology (how perceptions impact the physical body), Germanic Healing knowledge, homeopathy, Recall Healing, quantum biology, Rapid Resolution Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and more.

Some women call me the "Ms Frizzle of healing," as I breathe a deep sense of okayness into the places where there has been fear and uncertainty. You can bring your darkest places here, and find where there is light.

I work with women, men, and children supporting their true expressions of health and vitality. I offer 1:1 remote sessions and in-person bodywork with a focus on pregnancy and postpartum care.

My practice is informed by my study of medical intuition, Zen Shiatsu, Chinese Medicine, Germanic Healing Knowledge, Internal Family Systems, and a decade long practice in somatically-based herbalism.

My teachers include: Rachelle Garcia Seliga, Linda Conroy, John Wineland, Steve Rogne and Grandmother Winter Jade (of Zen Shiatsu Chicago), Moira Scullion, Donna Maria Camps, Tonja Reichley, Renay Oshop, among many others.
