Pre-recorded transmissions
Begin each module with a recorded transmission from Qiddist & Maura on the energetic foundations of the module's theme. Allow the spirit of the learning to digest in you as the preparation for the live work we'll do together, as we cultivate our relationship with our flesh, our inner knowing, and the universe.
You'll be invited to explore a portion of our body literacy video library to deepen your skill-based knowing of your own female flesh, from fertility awareness, to metabolic health, to pussy ecology and more.
Live Monthly Coherence and Practice Calls
Each month, we gather live on the new or full moon as a cohort to cultivate greater coherence in our bodies and lives. We'll unwind patterns, engage in alchemical practice, and reveal ourselves to each other as we weave a web of relationship. This is where the juice and magic of CHRYSALIS is: in the transformation possible through the medicine of witnessing and being witnessed.
An additional live monthly call will be held for embodied practice, to allow the work to move through your body.
Live office hours & matriarchal health
When you're navigating healing expressions in your body, bring them to office hours and receive support and guidance in medicine circle. Learn how to cultivate your own "inner healer" as you sit in council of wise woman support.

Our approach weaves our backgrounds in western clinical herbalism, Chinese Medicine, metabolic health, functional hormone health, Taoism, shiatsu, German New Medicine, two masters in education, polyvagal theory, autonomous midwifery, hands-on pelvic care, female-centered yoga teacher training, past life explorations, medical mediumship, the study of quantum physics, and more, as digested and embodied by us.
We know from working with hundreds of women that we transformation happens through relationship, and through the weaving of our collective threads together. For this reason, we approach the work of female bodily wisdom, health, and energetic alchemy through a relational, intimate cohort of women where we learn across the circle from each other, with each woman bringing and receiving her own unique medicine.
