Chicago Volunteer Doulas is celebrating its 11 years of providing comprehensive doula support to vulnerable families across Chicago -- and we're inviting you to join us!
We're grateful to say that because of our community support, we've provided over 600 hours of postpartum care and supported over 120 births since the beginning of COVID-19.
Now, as restrictions begin to lift and summer arises, we are celebrating new beginnings: for thriving life, honoring new families, and advancing birth justice for all.

When you celebrate with us, you support birth justice
Because of your support, we are able to:
- Provide culturally-responsive, relational care to vulnerable birthing families across Chicago
- Help families access free and donation-based pregnancy, birth and postpartum doula care both virtually and in-person
- Provide workforce development and stipends to our volunteer doulas, with a focus on birth justice education
- Train women incarcerated at Logan correctional facility to be peer doulas, and provide them with ongoing mentorship
