Hands-On Exploration
This ain't your typical Zoom class! In this intimate and interactive event, you'll get to witness your own beautiful cervix and learn how to conduct your own cervical self exam with playfulness, curiosity, and trauma-sensitive guidance. We'll even send a cervical self-exam kit right to your home, so you'll have everything you need during the event!

Ritual and Ceremony to Honor Your Womb
Together, we'll engage in a collective steaming ritual and guided meditation to connect with your womb and tune into your cervical power. You'll feel beyond the physical into the spiritual portal of your womb, and be witnessed and celebrated in sisterhood.

Event Details:
We'll begin with a centering practice, getting to know each other and education about our magical cervix! Then we'll move into ceremony with a collective womb steam (don't worry, all supplies and instructions will be sent ahead of time). After a movement and integration break, we'll dive into (pun intended) cervical health and self-exams, how and why to do them, and you'll have a chance to see your own with the cervix kit we'll send you! We'll have time to process the experience, ask questions, and celebrate our power together.
FAQ:
Q: What supplies do I need to participate?
A: All you need is a comfy, private space to attend the event! All the supplies for the steam and self-exam will be shipped to you at least 1 week prior to the event.
Q: Will I get access to the recording?
A: Due to the intimate nature of this event, it will be LIVE only. Treat it like a live event that you would leave the house for! (If you are in a wildly different time zone, please contact me to make arrangements.)
Q: Will you ship supplies internationally?
A: Yes, we'd love to have you! Unfortunately, shipping to Australia and New Zealand has been quite complex due to COVID. If you live in these places, please reach out to me to make arrangements.
Q: How much does the event cost?
A: Registration is $127 and includes the 4 hour live event, the womb steam and cervical self-exam kit shipped to you, and a lifetime of cervical wisdom!

Q: I've never had any problems with my cervical health. Will this event still be meaningful for me?
